Looking to lose 3 stone

Can anyone share success stories? I’m 13 stone 10 and joined this week. Hoping to get down to about 10.5/11 stone. I’ve tried doing it on my own and just struggling so joined a group. Feeling a wee bit overwhelmed with all the rules. I love milky coffees so having to change my mindset about that and how exactly to fill up with my “free” food!

A vanilla protien shake with a shot of espresso whizzed up in a blender in is quite a good sub for a milky coffee. Has to be drunk straight away or the heat from the coffee does something to the protien and makes it taste like peas.

Well done everyone, thanks for sharing your stories. I’ve stuck to plan all week and have my first proper weigh in tomorrow as we were away on holiday last week so I missed a week! Excited to see what scales say.

struggling a bit for lunch ideas but I picked up some baked potatoes last night for rest of week. Otherwise finding it okay. I’ve been having occasional skinny latte as my hex A.

really hoping for a good weigh in tomorrow

Are you at work for lunch or at home ?

Home I have an open sandwich usually. 1 slice of Nevilles ( tescos cheap brand ) wholemeal, with a dairylea light instead of butter, then I pile it with salad and pickles, stick the protein on top and tuck in

Work, Ill take soup and a couple of baby bels or a filled wholemeal pitta - all depends on what else had been planned for the days meals

I try to keep within the 2 HEA and 1 HEAb and free food. So if I want a pitta , its a whole HEb, but if i tale just one slice of nevilles, its half a HEb which means I can have 20gr of oatbran with my yoghurt which makes it doubly filling
