What if you don't cook?

What do people do for dinners that don't require 'recipes'?

Last time i did SW i lost 4st but my meals were all baked potatoes or chicken and veg for 8 months.

I HATE cooking. It is simply the worst part about adulting for me by a long long way.
Mon-Fri i leave the house 6am and return 8:30pm and want to be eating by 9pm ideally. Weekend i'm out both days all day so pretty much the same.

What things do people buy to eat on the go?

I'm aware i have a quirky lifestyle and i'm never home, but that's not going to change.

This journey feels so much more difficult than last time!

You can use Slimming World's own ready meals, found in Iceland and also The Range - Iceland do offers. Other shops also sell slimming ready meals e.g. Aldi does its own line (check the app for syns if you feel it's necessary). On the go, what about cooked chicken - easily available, and if you are happy to have syns then you can have the flavoured sort - and also ham, both the wafer thin sort (I have the smoked these days as I find 'honey roast' too sweet and plain, plain boring) and also Aldi sells various sorts of ham in packets (as do Lidl and other supermarkets)? Have fruit around like tomatoes, grapes, etc which you can pick at and will make a dessert, and also buy cheese in packets to put in lunches, Babybel light and Dairy Lea light (or own brand clones) are okay and can be your healthy extra. Cereal for breakfast is a healthy extra but only 40g, which won't keep you full for long. You could try boiled eggs, which are 'free'. Hope useful. I've lost two stone doing some of this (but I also cook - and am a cookbookoholic! I am also retired so cooking is not such a pain as when I was working.) Forgot 'protein pots' - yoghurty - which you can also have and are 'free' or not many syns.
