Hi as a single person, I will never get through a tub of each before they go off! Can someone explain the difference and which one I should use when for mostly the following:

Having with fruit
Making dips
Sauces for curries etc

Thanks!

You can use Greek yogurt for all of these.

Do you know the difference though, and why they recommend some for different recipes?

Quark is a kind of thick cream cheese. It's often low or no fat and has a mild flavour.

Creme fraiche is a thick cultured cream. It has the consistency of extra thick double cream and a delicious sour flavour. You can get full fat or reduced fat versions.

Yogurt is yogurt... lots and lots of different types.

Different recipes call for different things because different flavours and textures. If cooking, yogurt, creme fraiche and quark won't necessarily behave the same.
