About to start - 2 kids under 3

About to start but I'm really struggling with breakfast and lunch ideas. I'm quite good with the evening meals as I mainly cook from scratch anyway, but during the day I'm home alone with two very demanding children.
I'm due to go back to work in June and want to lose weight before then.
In the morning I'm making my toddlers breakfast and feeding the baby (not breastfeeding) and I can't put her down. So at the moment I'm making 3 slices of toast and butter as it's all I can shovel in one handed.

The breakfast ideas I've come across of course look delicious, cooked breakfast, baked mushroom and spinach etc, but I can't do this.

Any ideas for grab and go breakfasts? Lunches? Low syns or syn free?

Another thought I have had is that I have around 8 stone to lose. It feels so overwhelming. But if I eat a muller light and some fruit for breakfast it genuinely isn't enough to keep me going because I need more calories as I'm much larger. Is there anyone else who is extremely overweight who manages their appetite well? Obviously I'm hoping to reduce my overall intake to a normal level but this will take time, if I just drastically reduce it I will crash and burn.
Being tired from night feeds and running around all day isn't helping :(

From my group last week somebody told
Me about these Finn crispbreads. Much nicer than ryvita imo and you can have 6 as a b choice. I've had them the last few days with dairylea, ham and gherkins and they are so nice and made me feel like I was eating forever rather than just shoveling something in and it being over in 2 mins

I've got four children so life is quite busy here too. I always make extra at night so I have leftovers for lunch, or a baked potato I just throw one in mid morning so it's nice and crispy for lunchtime.
Breakfasts I have Greek yogurt (high in protein so fills you for longer) and heat some frozen fruit in the microwave.
Could you do a quick omelette? Only takes a couple of minutes.
Lots of people talk about overnight oats which can be prepared the night before.

@LutherRalph1 I've not heard of them, will definitely try them thank you.

@troppibambini I do like omlette a but I have found they take on a weird rubbery texture when I use fry light. I cook them all the in butter with hidden veggies for my toddler and the difference is really noticeable!

Try spray olive oil the fillipo berrio one is seven sprays for half a syn. I never use fry light I can't get past spraying a load of chemicals on my food (plus it ruins your pans!)

I've got 2 under 3.5. Is is hard and I was exactly like you. Especially when the youngest has a bad night- I just want caffeine and sugar! I make a pasta salad for lunch the night before to grab. I know lots of people hate them but I find the ready meals from Iceland helpful if I'm too busy to make a healthy/lunch dinner.

I have 3 kids and a massive appetite hence I have 5 stone to lose. I have to eat to a high protein diet otherwise I am just starving.

For breakfast I make breakfast muffins or a large frittata with ham, mushrooms tomatoes spinach etc. I also have a yogurt and a banana other days. But I will still be hungry so I have some fruit and try and have a big / health lunch like a chicken egg salad
