Anyone follow slimming world but not weigh themselves?

Is anyone following the slimming world plan and not weighing themselves?

I would like to lose around 2 stone. I’ve had success with the plan in the past, this time around finding it much easier with the extra a option.

But I also feel really good on slimming world. Much more stable, more energy, not hungry. I feel like if I were to weigh myself and not lose much or at all one week i would possibly be despondent and want to give up.

So I’m 1 week in and so far haven’t weighed myself. I am not going to a group. Ideally I would like to continue for as long as I can hold out without weighing myself.

Anyone else?

That sounds like it could be a good idea. I get a bit obsessed with losing every week and like you, I get disheartened when I don't, even though I know that other things can affect my losses, especially hormones. I like your idea of staying a healthy lifestyle rather than getting fixated on losing all the time.

Personally I would weigh. I've tried the not weighing and it was disheartening to not know for sure I was losing weight. Also I'd allow myself more and more allowances leading to me coming off the plan completely.

I don't weigh. Have never had scales at home. I rely on the accuracy of the SW group scales. Home scales might vary. You really don't need to weigh more than once a week anyway
