Older dog with intermittent diarrhoea

I've noticed my 11 year old, lab/german shepherd mix (probably - she's a rescue) has had diarrhoea every now and again for the last couple of weeks. Could it be the heat? She's otherwise well. We went for a very early walk this morning (back before it was 21C) and she was sprightly. Came back and she had a bit more diarrhoea in the garden.

I don’t think the Slimming World diet is suiting her.

Try Weight Watchers instead?

Well it’ll be all the veg and fibre I’d imagine, lol

But seriously...

If it’s been a couple of weeks I’d think about getting her checked over tbh.

Normally I'd suggest giving her a bland diet of either white fish or chicken with rice for a while to give her tummy time to get back to normal, but as she's an older dog, and it's been going on for a couple of weeks, I'd definitely be getting her checked over at the vet to make sure there's nothing untoward going on. I hope your dog is well again soon OP.
