Cinema Treat Help!

Gmex31 · 05/06/2018 17:21

So I'm off to the cinema tomorrow and really fancy having treats etc.

Anyone know of any Free but TASTY treats to take, so I can avoid the pick n mix....

Or know of any 'low syn' cinema treats ?

Thanks x

I generally take a tub of chopped fruit, so melon, mango, strawberries. Not really a treat as such but I have to just accept that I either stay on plan or don't. You could use your B for a couple of Alpen light bars.

A large bunch of grapes.
Is salted popcorn allowed?

Odeon popcorn 40 syns.... 😳

How about a bag of Skinny Popcorn? They go up to 6 syns, so not free, but not terrible. I tend to bring fruit, carrot sticks, or a couple of Hi Fi bars.

How about frozen grapes? If you can keep them cold.

Diet Coke
Chicken satay
Mango

M&S salted caramel and chocolate popcorn, or the pecan ones, are AMAZING and 6 syns a bag!

fraggle84 · 16/06/2018 20:29

Their tango ice blasts are very nice, sugar free too now so low on syns but feels a treat

mrsaxlerose · 20/06/2018 15:54

I take fruits and raisins or I save my syns and take a bag of maltesers . I also take my own 7 up free

Peavy21 · 15/08/2018 14:12

Do you mean that the sugar free tango ice blast are low syned? If so how many syns are they?

Groovee · 15/08/2018 15:50

Think it's 3.5 syns for a large one
