I’m just wondering if this is to do with me changing the way I eat or if it’s something else.. (I do have anemia!) I can’t eat whole meal bread due to IBS so I’ve just been having oats every morning. So no bread now since Thursday. Also I pretty much lived on chocolate before and I feel very different since cutting right down to having around ten syns a day.
I have no energy at all!
Is it my body adjusting? Did anyone else feel different in their first week?
