If you are new to SW it might be your body adjusting to the increase in fibre , fruit and veg. Also make sure you drink plenty of water- sounds odd but does help reduce the bloating. Finally, I think artificial sweetener can have an adverse impact on some people too- check your food diary and see if you can see a connection. Good luck and don't give up. I'm 3 1/2 stone lighter and been maintaining since November and it is well worth it from a long term health perspective (and damn good excuse to buy new clothesGrin)

I have weeks when I am really windy! I up my water intake and drink green tea and it seems to help.
