Measured on my scales at 13 st 0.4 last Monday, measured on my scales at 12 st 13.4 tonight.

Got weighed at slimming world on Thursday and I was 13 st 2, do you think it was possible to have put on 2lbs in 4 days or do you think someone’s scales are out?

Slimming world scales are calibrated so should be accurate.

My bathroom scales vary massively depending on what part of the floor I put them on. They can differ by 2 or 3lb if not 100% level.

However yes it is possible to put on 2lb in 4 days. I can go up or down by 2lb a day according to fluid retention etc. And I managed to put 5lb on in a week at xmas lol

I've got these scales

How accurate do you think they are?

Your home scales and the sw scales will (or could) weigh differently. I used to weigh myself at home immediately before going out to sw weigh in, and work out the difference (mine were always 1.5lb over the sw scales), which meant I could check how my week was going. To be fair, the sw scales should be more accurate than your home scales, but I always trusted my home ones better.

This is why they say you should only weigh in group and at the same time each week.
