I'm starting slimming world this week but don't like to eat anything with additives or low fat. Also dairy free. Any advice please? Tia

Im a bit unsure about the fruit thing and cooking. You can have frozen berries free, but I defrost them in the microwave for my porridge. Does that then make them cooked and therefore synned? As others have said, I didnt get fat eating frozen berries!!

Yes is it because you eat more as it's puréed? I will ask my SW. I'm doing it through my friend who's a consultant. I bought the Tesco extra virgin olive oil spray today

Green yes it's because in a cooked puréed form it's much more easy to over eat. Eg it would take 10 oranges to make a glass of juice that's gone in a minute and you would probably then eat a meal as well. If you look at the amount of fruit that goes into a smoothie it's unlikely you would sit and eat that amount and if you did it would fill you much more in its whole natural state.
I think you just need to be sensible as I said before the odd bit of cooked fruit-fine a smoothie every morning-Maybe not, unless you syn it.
Personally I would rather save my syns for a glass of wine or a bit of chocolate!

I'm not a 'clean eater' but I am a vegan and have found SW easy to adapt to(Not always stick to haha) Massive range of plant milks for hexA. 🙂
