I am mid 30's and weigh about 10st 11. I am about 5ft 4inch. I would ideally like to lose a stone but mainly kick my sugar addiction and eat healthier. My self control is terrible so I am thinking that maybe if I join a group it may help? Something to do, socialising too? These dark days aren't helping and I'm constantly craving starchy, sweet foods and feeling sleepy. Advice welcome. Thanks
