The worst and best Slimming world recipes

I been dying to try some Slimming World recipes and this week I managed them. Unfortunately they both were disgusting, so I wont be making them again.
The first one was the diet cola chicken and the 2nd was syn free gravy. I have heard people rave about these recipes and I don't understand why. I felt the diet cola recipe was a watered down pasta sauce recipe and the gravy did not thicken and wasn't to my taste buds satisfaction.

The nice recipes I done is the crust-less quiche, potato wedges and roast potatoes using fry-light. I have used so many eggs and potatoes since joining SW. I have actually finished boxes of eggs, where normally they don't get used and end up in the bin.
So, is there any SW recipes you have tried and like or absolutely hated. Is there any thing that you eat more of, now than before joining SW.

Diet coke chicken - YUCK! It calls for too much tomatoes 😩

Creamy cajun chicken - YUM! One of my all time favourite pasta xxx

I do my own stuff as most SW recipes do not appeal to me. I do love the SW chips, however, but they take an AGE if you leave the skins on as I prefer. Actually, I think I have done a pasta bake with mince and cottage cheese which was a SW one and quite nice.

Sorry it came up twice. I have no idea why!

SW chips are much quicker if you bung them in the microwave for 4 mins after you've cut them up. No water, just the chips

I also do SW chips and potato wedges, and I put them in cold water in the microwave for 4-7 minutes (depending on size) then pat them dry before spraying with frylite and cooking in the oven. Also I use this method for roast potatoes.

I keep meaning to try the Cajun pasta as everyone is raving about it.

I soak my gammon overnight then change the water and boil it. It isn’t salty then. I also change water once in the boiling process. X
