Can you do SW if you buy prepared lunches?

We cook from scratch in the evenings and mornings are usually eggs or muesli, but I refuse to have the time or energy to prep my lunches too. I usually have things like a Shapers wrap or sandwich from Boots, or a tuna salad or quinoa salad thing from Waitrose.

Is that kind of thing incompatible with the SW approach?

Hey
I have a lot to lose but have lost almost 4 stone with slimming world since joining in November 2016.
Like you I'm out of the office 3 days a week and just don't have time to prep another meal in the evening.
On a Sunday I make breast muffins or a slimming world quiche that is for my 3 days out of office I have that with a shop brought salad and loads of cherry tomatoes a youghurt and fruit.
When I'm in the office I will take some shop brought chicken and heat some couscous rice or noddles up with it and have fruit or carotid sticks celery tomatoes as snacks for food
