How slow do some of you lose weight?
Since having my second child (8 years ago!) I just seem so resistant to losing weight, which usually ends in me just giving up.
I've restarted Slimming World for the umpteenth time and whilst I will usually lose a pound or even two in the first week, it seems to stop there. I'll go through a cycle of gaining a pound, losing it, staying the same, etc, etc. It's so demoralising.
I feel more determined to stick with it this time to see if I might get the coveted fat whoosh.
What's even more annoying is that my husband is doing the same plan with me and dropping pounds.
I know I'm sticking to the plan. Please reassure me it will work in the end!!
