Newbie.....what to expect when i rock up at a meeting this week? what happens?

scorbus it's lovely! So too are the skinny cappuccino flavour. Lidl do a similar fat free yogurt that is free on the plan. I like their cherry or vanilla and chocolate. Only 36p too

Well I've been and I'm back home now

Not sure about all the lingo but been given a shed load of books to read. Was all very funny.... lots of clapping and sticker giving, the leader was funny.

Not too sure how I'll get on but will give it my all. Glad I got a heads up from mumsnet of what to expect tho

The groups are a bit eye-roll inducing, but you tune out of it a bit after a couple of weeks.

DH calls them my cult meetings.
