Hey guys, Am off on a rare trip to M&S simply food this thursday to get a few bits, are there any recommendations for nice slimming world friendly bits and pieces there, that are worth me picking up? :-)

These have been recommended to me too, following on from the steak bake recipe :-)

Has anyone tried these?

Not yet but I might. If you used the SW sausages they'd be free.

Thanks for this thread. It inspired me to pop there tonight!

For anyone looking for the steak can for the steak bakes, it's the 'chunky steak' one.

OP - THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! The steak bakes were bloody gorgeous. DH had 2, but that's still only 5 syns. Had them with SW chips and peas. Three left over to freeze / have for lunch tomorrow.

Does anyone know if the Marks and Spencer Singapore noodles in the chilled veg section is still free on slimming world? Thanks

M&S tinned curries are lovely. Really low syn too, particularly the lamb one, from memory, it's 1.5 syns a tin.
