Hi. I have a lot of weight to lose (4+ stone) and i'm thinking of joining SW next week. I've previously lost weight with WW but, 2 babies later, i need to lose it again and i'm bored of weighing and calculating points. Friends have recommended SW as a good alternative. BUT is it any good for vegetarians? I don't eat fish and dislike ready meals. How does it work? What kind of meals/food will i be eating? Worried about joining and then realising it's not suitable!
