Hi. Here's what I do. Hope this helps...
For breakfast, I make home made muesli - a tablespoon of oats, a sprinkle of seeds, a sprinkle of mixed nuts, 2 spoons of natural yogurt and a drizzle of honey. It takes literally 2 minutes more to prepare than cereal, and it's a doddle when you've done it a couple of times.
I tend to follow that with a boiled egg. That takes 7 mins when I boil them, but the extra protein is well worth it because you'll be way less hungry.
For snacks, I eat a piece of fruit together with a ryvita - as that too, controls your sugar balance and makes you less hungry.
For lunch, I take a flask of home made chilli every day. I cook this in bulk on a Sunday, and freeze the portions, so all I have to do each morning is warm it up for the flask.
There are no real kitchen facilities where I work too, so I take a sandwich box with a lid on it and my own spoon. Then, when I've finished my chilli, I pop the spoon back in the box, and it's sealed from smells until I get home.
