I like picking and grazing. Going to make some mini fritata/quiche things today. But what else?

Ideas please!

I tend to snack a lot when I am at my desk at uni. I have lots of fruit and veggies that I can just pick up and munch on when I need to. I normally have: cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, raw mushrooms (I could eat a whole punnet in a day!), raspberries/strawberries.

When I am at home, I snack on ham as I get bored with fruit sometimes.

Mainly fruit or home made egg muffins if I'm in a savoury mood.

Today I've made smoked salmon pate (free) and dipping into it with carrot sticks.

I find having bite Size portions of things ready in the fridge stops me hitting the biscuit tin or reaching for crisps! Stuff like Frittata,
Watermelon / melon / pineapple, cooked chicken, lean ham or Turkey slices. I also snack on pickled beetroot, mug shots, leftover pasta or just have a drink & hope that does the job!
