Quick question about super noodle type products please?

If I don't use the sachet of flavouring, and added my own, like soy, would it then be free?

Most of them have syns as they are coated in oil. Batchelors Super Noodles for example have 10 syns per pack.

Oh no, I thought the syns were to do with the flavouring sachet :-( hope I've not done too much damage

You could do your own.
Chinese 5 spice ginger & garlic plus soy sauce. Fold it through cooked noodles.
