Anyone want a food diary thread?

Does anyone fancy keeping a food diary on here, inspire others and keep track of your healthy extras, syns etc?

I will start, yesterday I had:

Overnight oats with apple chopped in - healthy B

Pineapple chunks, grapes, strawbs and a cheese mug shot - 3 syns

Cottage pie made slimming world style but only with reduced fat mince not the other one. Carrots, broccoli and green beans - 6 syns

Curly Wurly - 5.5 syns

banana, rasberries & Muller

Pineapple chunks.

I eat too much fruit really but not that fussy on veg...

Todays food

Bacon & eggs on 3 scanbran & a kiwi

roast pork with slimming world style roast potatoes, carrots and parsnip. Green beans, broccoli, cabbage and bisto - 3 syns

Will have the other 2 scan bran later with strawb jam and chopped apple on top.

I will have a mini nobbly bobbly too for 6 syns.

Hi all, can I join you on here? I'm an online member and having somewhere to be accountable might help me focus after a week off track.

I like to save my syns for treats in the evening.

Today's plan is:
B: Muller light and grapes
L: Salad and pesto cottage cheese (1/2 syn), BBQ mugshot
D: Slow cooker turkey in tomatoes, mushrooms, onion and garlic, rice, cheese (HeA)
S: Alpen x2 (HeB), Options hot choc (2), slosh of milk (2) Kinder Bueno (5.5)

Getting bored of samey breakfasts and lunches so any ideas would be greatly received.

I like to have an evening treat too! I am also stuck in the lunchtime mugshot trap as you can prob tell. However today I broke free!

B - scan bran (B) milk (A) Strawbs, melon, grapes & pineapple

S - banana

L - salad, jacket and tuna light mayo (3)

D - fish rice and mixed veg

S - alpen light 3 & orange.

D: chilli, rice, cheese (HeA) dollop of yogurt
S: options (2) sploosh of milk (2) kinder bueno (5.5)

AF has turns up so not in the mood. Also didn't get on the scales even though it's WI day. Must keep focused.
