HOW CAN I GET ALMOST 3 YEAR OLD DD BACK INTO A GOOD SLEEP ROUTINE?!

Our dd will be 3 in a few weeks. She shared a room with her 4 year old brother but has been waking in the night for the last few weeks wanting dare I say it - oh the shame - a bottle of milk! I know its my fault for letting her have one in bed in the first place so that shes now dependant on it but when ds2 was born when she was 25m (hes now 10m and sleeps thru mostly) she seemed to get more reliant on it for comfort. She has slept through the night quite alot but been waking once or twice lately (apart frm last night as we put her in her own room and the boys together!). I would of not given her a bottle but as she was sharing with her bro I didnt want him woken too! Have tried 'throwing them away' but I dont as I dont want to waste them when ds2 may use them so when desperate I have given in to her again.
She is a beautiful child but very clever and needs alot of stimultion and attention. ds1 didnt bat an eyelid when she was born at 17m but she seems to have 'middle child syndrome'. She has started waking at 6am after a broken night then having an afternoon nap. I wake her after an hour as she wnt really wake before then! But then shes sooo grumpy, crying and screaming for me to carry her. I dont give in to her all the time but will cuddle her when Ive finished attending to the baby who is an easy baby anyway so not always attached to me. She will tantrum for up to an hour then tonight wasnt tired enough to sleep til 9.30, I was shattered!
Then guess what she`ll be grumpy again tomorrow and need another nap! I want her in bed by 8, 7.30 would be great! How long should I let her nap before I wake her????!

Ok - good suggestion I will have to be brave! Sometimes I think us parents cling to things that 'comfort' them more than the child wonder how long itll e before she stops asking for one.....she can fall asleep without one and does sometimes. Shes particulary particular about which one shed have too 'its too hot' or 'too cold' 'i want the winnie pooh one' or ' the middle one' lol - KIDS! a new beaker may help. So no drinks in bed inc water?
