I wonder how the sleeping patterns of children who were GF babies compare with those of non-GF babies.
I wasn't a strict GF-mum, but used her timings as closely as was comfortable for us.
Ds, 4.5, and dd, 2.3, go to bed at about 7.30, and get up 6.45-7.15. Generally they wait in bed perfectly contentedly until we come to get them up, tho dd will sometimes call for us if we lie-in too long or she has a pooey nappy.
Dd still naps about 1.30-3.30 every afternoon, and ds 3-4 times a week about 2-3.30.
They tend to have lunch about 12.30 and supper about 5.30, tho we're fairly flexible about them.
So still fairly GF.
