Is it ok to put 5 week old in reclining baby chair at night whilst they have cold/wind?

Our DD has a cold at the moment and we have a Jane Aurora chair which is one which lies flat for baby to sleep but has a lever so that you can raise the back of it.

In the last week or so, I've started using it after the middle of the night feeds when she's had wind as she would not lie on her back easily after feeding (it's in the cot on top of the mattress). Being at an angle seemed to help her go off to sleep and I could also then pop the chair on the bed next to me and calm her if needed.

She's now developed a cold and we had a really bad night the night before last when she was clearly so blocked up by the time I fed her in the middle of the night (so she'd been on her back for about 8 hours by then) - she was really really snorting making her upset and impossible to settle back to bed on her back

I've therefore put her in there for naps too today and yesterday.

Do you think it's a problem using this chair like this for now? It's very supported. Will I also set myself up for her never wanting to lie on her back ? She is also windy and quite a sicky baby so doesn't like lying flat at the moment that much.

Thanks

I've elevated the cot (don't have a moses basket....) and have put her down in there elevated for a nap this morning and she's gone off. I think if I try and nap her in the day in this and then do the chair thing when she's upset in the night eventually it'll work itself out. DS was a windy baby and she really suffers. I remember it got better about weeks 12/13 when that "time" seems to get a bit better (well theoretically anyway - I remember DS just feeling easier about 14 weeks).
