Do I need the NCSS baby book or toddler book for a 16 month old?

After concluding that her appalling sleep is not "just a phase" (has lasted from 12 to 16 months of age, after sleeping beautifully in her first year) I have decided to finally buy a book instead of relying on my personal "trial and error/flailing in the dark" school of parenting. Clearly it's not working and we are getting desperate.

I've heard great things about the NCSS but I see there is a baby book and a toddler version. I assume I need the toddler version. Can someone familiar with the books please advise?

Many thanks

I should perhaps add that DD goes to bed no problem at all, but wakes in the night or early morning - so is NCSS an appropriate book?

Thanks

Probably the toddler one - they are pretty similar to be honest. Most libraries seem to have one or both so that might be worth a try, to see if it suits you?
It deals with early wakers and disturbed nights rather more than trouble going to bed in the first place. It's not a quick fix though!
