Looking for advice on the best product to help me sleep through my husbands horrendous snoring!

he has always snored and I’ve found foam- cheap earplugs worked, once I was asleep the snoring didn’t bother me with the cheap earplugs but since I’ve stopped the contraceptive pill I’m struggling to sleep as it is. His snoring has definitely got worse as well (he is overweight and needs to loose weight which he is aware of) I just need a good nights sleep ASAP!

please help me 🙏

Ozlo sleepbuds mask the noise.

Only thing that worked for me is different rooms.

I have a snoozeband and am very fond of their heavy rain and thunder setting.

Get him diagnosed for sleep apnea...Snoring is often a condition needing CPAP...
