Any duvet recommendations for overheating and temperature regulation at night?

Bit of a random one but I’m really struggling with overheating at night lately.
I’ve tried a couple of different duvets and they all seem fine at first, then halfway through the night I’m either roasting or kicking it off completely.

Has anyone actually found one that regulates temperature properly?

Would love any recommendations before I waste more money 😅

I have a very low tog wool one which seems to give a good balance between being warm and cool. I then have a couple of lightweight quilts which I will throw on top in winter

Try blankets - much easier to control heat

We have a wool duvet and wouldn't go back to any other.

HRT? (Only half joking.)

I use a summer weight all year round. If it's actually cold, I put a blanket on top

I've resorted to sheets and blankets. Throw a 4.5tog duvet over if cold. It works.🤷‍♀️ Also, less laundry as not laundering duvet covers every week.

Wool duvet for me too. Game changer!

I have a basic Slumberdown wool one, amazing how effective it is.
