Sleep trained baby still waking at night

My DD is almost 7 months old. We sleep trained her last month when she moved into her own room and she now falls asleep by herself within about 5 minutes of being put in her cot at bedtime.

However, she still wakes up several times a night, mainly around 9pm, 11pm, 12:30am (when I give her a bottle), 3am, 4;30am.

With the exception of the 12-1am wake, where we feed her, she usually just cries, whinges or babbles for 5 mins before falling back to sleep so we don't intervene. She's not hungry as she had plenty of milk in the day, 2 solids and the feed at 12:30.

This is our rough routine:
0700am wake (2.25hr ww)
0925-0945 nap 1
09:45-12:15 (2.5hr ww)
12:15-1:15 nap 2
1:15-3:45 (2.5hr ww)
3:45-4:15 nap 3
4:15-7:00pm (2.75hr ww)

Does anyone know what could be causing the night wakes please?!

*Sorry, edited to add that she has a consistent bedtime routine (has for months), blacked out room, white noise and the temperature of her room is 19 degrees Celsius.

HV actually recommended trying to wean the night feed once she's on 3 solid meals,

But that won't be til at least 12 months, possibly longer? My 13 month only usually eats 2 meals, although we offer 3. You can't force them to eat, and in fact it's much better to just offer food and let them chose to eat or not. Milk is the main source of calories til at least 12 months.

I know, hence why I said I would wait to offer a third meal and that I wasn't bothered by the night feed as I know milk is her main nutrition until nearer 12 months. She has about 30oz of milk (26oz day and 4oz night). I did find your points in your first reply quite helpful, so thank you.

To be honest, if she is just doing a bit of babbling and fussing for 5 minutes ( rather than full on crying) before going back to sleep, then that IS her learning to self settle. She is waking at the end of a sleep cycle and then getting herself back to sleep without getting distressed. Marvelous!
We all have quite a few "micro" wakes during the night but we don't remember them because we settle back into sleep so quicky. She is just in the process of learning this so it is obviously taking longer. If she isn't really upset or distressed then that's fine. If she is getting upset with proper crying then I think she needs comfort/cuddles. She can only self sooth when she has internalised what soothing means/looks like by receiving it from a carer.

I think not offering milk (their main food) is quite mean when you think about it in more perspective. Please don’t feel pressured by social media to stop giving milk to your baby at night, it’s so sad. You don’t need to do this

I didn’t ff myself, but I do know that ff and demand feeding are compatible because I know people who’ve done it. I’m sure there are people on here who can explain? Because honestly, the best way to get a baby back to sleep is to feed it. Whatever gets the most sleep for the most people is the right thing to do!

Babies have so much going on that wakes them up, teething, illness, growth spurts/developmental leaps.

I just think before age 1 there's too much going on for them to have reliable sleep so I don't bother any sort of sleep intervention before then.

I think expecting a 6 month old baby to self settle is a little weird, considering how many adults on here who say they can’t sleep when their partners are away. And it’s very unusual(unknown) for any other baby mammal to sleep alone.
