Help my nearly 3 year old isn’t sleeping

My daughter is 3 next months and isn’t sleeping through.
she’s always been hit and miss with sleep. Good weeks and bad weeks but the last 2 months have been hell.
she’s been waking up multiple times every night and will not go back to sleep at all.
I’ve tired to eliminate things like: hunger, cold/hot, over/under tired but nothing is working.
she goes to bed absolutely fine. No fuss or pushbacks at all. We have a really healthy bedtime routine (mum and dad 50/50) wee, story, cuddle, tonibox. But no matter how many times i go in in the time it’s never enough.
She will come up with every excuse under the sun to not to back to sleep: milk, cuddle, more stories, calpol, wee, hurt herself etc etc (I have a video monitor so can see she is absolutely fine)
About 2 months of the nights progressively getting worse. I told her sternly I would not be coming back into her room.
she continues to shout me and various excuses for 2 hours.
please does anyone have any tips
I have tried being stern, shouting, ignoring, pondering to her needs.
I don’t want to start co-sleeping now after 2.5 years of not.

I totally understand the same happened with my little one and it was the 3 year sleep regression. It was TERRIBLE. Nap time all over the place and not going to bed till 2 or 3am. I was absolutely fried. It ended up rectifying itself but cosleeping worked. I totally understand its not for everyone though but I was positive I would faint from exhaustion if he slept separately and we had to keep getting up to get him. Check also for magnesium defiency symptoms. I started giving my toddler banana or porridge before bed which helped for smooth sleep. There are supplements too.
