7month old won't sleep

My 7 month old has never been a great sleeper or napper. She was ill for the first 4months so in order to get her to have some sleep I had to comfort her to sleep and she slept on me. At night I always put her down but she always cried in her sleep and was up every 30minutes. From 5 months she got better and was sleeping but moaning in the sleep and vigorously rubbing her head which woke her up. She would wake every 3 hours and be awake but not fully awake in between. She only naps 30min-60min a.m and 1hout-1 1/2 hour in the afternoon. The after noon nap is put in her cot but it can take her up to an hour to fall asleep and she then only sleeps 30 min but will sleep longer when she's on me. At night she just screams and won't go back asleep after her bottle. I get no help from the husband and I'm totally exhausted.

Honestly, if you're able to, contact napping in the day will mean you both get some sleep. Night time, co-sleeping does wonders to help. Check out cosleepy on instagram for safe co sleeping set up or NHS guidelines.

Sorry if I've misunderstood and you do co sleep and she still doesn't sleep. Sleep deprivation is real tough. I do think you'd do well with communicating with your husband that you need help, offer him suggestions he could do to help you (e.g. if you can make dinner whilst I nap/ if you can keep her for 2 hours after work to give me a break, if you could have her for the first 2 hours at night so I can get some sleep etc) see if you can find something that both are happy with? I've found sometimes the case with men is that they don't know what they can offer so offer nothing, until you make clear what you want or need.
