Contact naps

I'm currently trying to type without glasses and I dare not move to get them.
My little boy is 16 weeks old and like a lot of people were really struggling with sleep. Naps and night time.
I have a 3.5year old who's at home every day. She goes to nursery 2hrs each day, but by the time I leave her out, come home and go collect her again I get nothing done.
Nap time is an issue cause he will only have a contact nap, which is a struggle, I have to spend 20mins shushing and swaying to get him to sleep. great if he was the first child but I've so much to do as well as do the nursery run.
Night time, he is now going down earlier which is great, around 8ish but awake at midnight then 2.30, 3.30, 5.30 7.30, literally wanting a bottle all the time. Getting him to sleep is a problem, and many times I give up and let him into our bed, but that doesn't even work, he's still unsettled in our bed. I've already started weaning him on the advice of my health visitor. I just don't know what to do

That is really tough. No advice but sending you lots of sympathy.💐
