Co-sleeping - but baby getting a flat head on one side

We have to co sleep but because the baby instinctively turns towards me/my breast, it means he spends all night sleeping with his head turned to the same side. As a result he is gradually getting a flat head on that side. What have other people done to correct this?

I'd just gently roll baby so they were facing away from me, once they were in a deep sleep. They never seemed to mind.
I did it maybe a few times a week, just to make sure they weren't always lying on the same side.

Now she's rolling, I have no control!

Don’t you swap sides when you feed from the other boob? If you can’t because of the wall or another adult in the bed have some nights where you flip and sleep with heads at the foot end of the bed.

No I don’t swap sides to feed him as DH sleeps behind me so if I moved DS then I’d be worried I’d nod off with the baby in between us?

Move DH to another bed? Do you have a spare room or sofa bed?

I switched to the other side of the bed so baby spends more time sleeping on the other side.

And try to do a bit less side-feeding as it's doing my back in.
