Possible for 15 month old not to need a nap anymore?

I feel like I’ve been dealt the unlucky card when it comes to baby sleep.
After 11 months of terrible sleep I used a sleep consultant which did kind of work. She slept better but never through the night more than a handful of times.
I feel like I’ve tried everything
white noise
stopped night feeds
tried cry it out
tried co sleeping
tried staying in the room with her
My reason for my post is at least before she would nap but now she’s refusing to nap too.
Because of all the nursery bugs she’s slept with me a lot but even then wakes up crying a lot in the night, almost like nightmares. I even think she’s getting sick all the time because she’s sleep deprived. I’ve tried getting her to eat more during the day and I will say her food intake is pretty poor.
Only other thing I can think is maybe the TV is too over stimulating?
Is there anything the helped you crack sleep? A Turing point? Do I give up naps or is that a terrible ideal? But I can’t force her to sleep.
Sorry for the ramble I am just so tired 😴

It's possible, but it is very young to drop a sleep.

She doesn't need the TV at 15 months though so turn that off, maybe it'll help her sleep and maybe it won't, but it will better for her either way.

What happens if you just leave her? Is she grumpy/tired by the end of the day? Would she fall asleep in the buggy/car? Or is she absolutely fine?

Is she walking? Quite often they seem to need less sleep then crack walking and are tired again. Admittedly DS2 is running everywhere and still a rubbish sleeper! When he was at his worst with naps long walks in the pram were the most successful.

@NuffSaidSam if I leave her shy becomes hysterical and I just have to go in, at night time she then does eventually fall asleep on me. You’re right definitely doesn’t need TV but I will confess I have let her watch it.
@Merrow yes she’s walking well actually like your little one running 😂
I thought the walking would help tire her out, my go to is the park and just letting her run.
Naps in the park just don’t happen she just becomes very upset, arching her back to get out. The car I can sometimes have some success.
