When did YOU last STTN?

A question, when did YOU last sleep through the night?

Was reflecting on this, and even prior to being pregnant (when I was up for a wee every few hours), since I was a teenager I've always needed the bathroom at least once a night. So the last time I slept longer than 6 hours without waking/STTN was probably childhood 😂

Anyone else?

Years ago. I don't remember the last time I did. I'm fairly sure sleeping through the night is a myth

Last night.

I'm 36weeks pregnant and still only occasionally need to get up for a wee in the night. Can't remember ever not sleeping through before pregnancy unless I was ill tbh.

I've always suffered bouts of insomnia, but could go months without it affecting me. But since 2019 it's vbeen much worse. Now it's regular insomnia with the occasional bout of sleep through the night.

Currently experiencing regular wake ups during the night to the point I'm considering contacting the doctor to get tablets to help me again

About a week ago. I rarely sleep through ds8 is a diabetic so I usually get worked up by a million alarms either for insulin or to give him
Sugar. Fun times.

Most nights. If I get stressed, I get insomnia, so there have been difficult nighs recently, but mostly, once I'm asleep, I stay asleep. - it's just sometimes, I don't sleep till the early hours.

I have been through stages where I got into the habit of needing the loo in the night. I trained myself out of it by waiting as long ad I could before actually going, and over several nights, adjusted from 3am to normal waking time. It does take time, though.

It used to be the norm for me but now I get disturbed by dh's snoring. I was exhausted yesterday, went to sleep at 9.15, my fitbit says I slept for nearly 10 hours, but in that time, I was woken by dh countless times. I still feel exhausted today. It isn't what either of us want, but I am seriously considering separate rooms.

I always sleep through the night. Go to bed around 10:30, asleep by 11and wake again either at 6:15 when the alarm goes off in the week or around 8 at the weekend.
The only time I didn’t is when my children were small and woke in the night ( was about 4 years in total as DS didn’t sleep through until he was 3).
