Help How to stop feeding 6 month baby to sleep

Hi
I would love some advice on how to stop feeding my baby to sleep without the crying out method, she wakes at least 4 times a night and she wants feeding, it’s the only way she goes back to sleep as I know that’s what she is used to.
she did start to get better around 4 months then became ill and it started all over again

This is my 3rd baby and my last 2 fed until 14 months, this time I would like to do things different as I am really struggling with sleep deprivation, causing anxiety.
Any advice please how anyone successful did it I would really appreciate x

I can't really help. Feeding my daughter back to sleep too. We cosleep atm but i am going to try and move her in with her brother. She's 8 months. My son did grow out feeding to sleep himself naturally. I'm pregnant with my third so really want the bed back to myself so can get undisturbed sleep 😅 x

it’s hard isn’t it, I am also now co sleeping not sure if it’s making it worse! But trying to get as much sleep as I can !
Going to try and move her into her own room
but not sure if that’s the right thing either
congratulations on your pregnancy and thanks for getting back x

I think it'll help. As with them being next to us, they can smell the milk, and the movement will wake them too. So I will try tonight. I can put her in the travel cot first thing on a night for 3/4 hours, but because we are still in the same room, she'll be able to smell me. Thank you! X
