2.5 year old sleep has become awful

My DD used to be an ok sleeper but the last few weeks she has been absolutely awful. She's taking an hour to go to bed. She used to go to sleep around 7/7.30pm with no issues and now is constantly getting out of bed, asking for stories/toys/toilet. We take her back but it gets to the point she's screaming and crying. She is definitely tired as she's yawning and almost falling sleep then stops her self with one of these tactics.

During the night she wakes up screaming and takes an age to go back down. She can't tell us what is wrong. Just screams.

She then is waking early around 5/5.30, again screaming. Sometimes we can get her to go back to sleep and other times that's her for the day. But she is so grumpy during the day as she is missing out on so much sleep.

She potty trained during the day at the start of the summer and decided of her own accord to give up her dummies. She hasn't asked for them since. She also hasn't napped since she turned 2. I'm also 17 weeks pregnant and suffering from horrible sickness so the lack of sleep is really impacting me.

Could it be the sunlight waking her?

Edited

She has a blackout blind and blackout curtains so I don't think so

Maybe she needs the nap again? Mine had around 6 weeks of not napping at all around the same age, but then started again. Ever since then the naps have been unpredictable though, and range from 15-90 minutes if he naps, as he still doesn't every day. But currently he really only copes with 1-2 days of no naps and 4-5 days of quick 15min cat naps before he's exhausted and needs a longer nap. When we're home I have to take him for a drive to get him to nap, but he goes down the same he always did at nursery. Bedtime then moves according to the nap situation that day.

She's not napped since before Christmas and her sleep has been fine since then until the last few weeks. The odd time she has fallen asleep in the car since then has caused chaos at bedtime. So tricky to know

Yeah we sometimes have to wait until past 9pm to do bedtime on the days he has had a longer nap! It’s a pain in the bum, I want him to be done with it and stop having to guess what today might be - is it a nice no nap day when he’s delightful and sweet, is it a tired and grumpy no nap day and I’m dealing with a feral cat but at least be guaranteed early bed, or will he nap and be nice but go to bed super late. 🤦🏼‍♀️
