My 7.5 month old has been waking 1-2 hourly for as long as I can remember. So I'm getting 3-4 hours of very broken sleep a night.

I can't sleep when my daughter sleeps as she either contact naps or naps in the car/pushchair.

Has anyone else been running on such little sleep for such a prolonged period of time?

I love my baby more than anything but I feel very lonely (and tired!) x

This isn't sustainable for your mental health at all. Are you a single parent?

I can’t offer much advice because my sons sleep is an absolute s**t show and I’ve just posted for advice 🤣 but would you consider co-sleeping with her for naps to get some extra rest? That’s what I do during the day.

I know it's controversial but we sleep trained both of our children and I couldn't recommend it more. They're both better off for actually being able to sleep.
You can use gentle methods, it doesn't have to be cry it out. 7.5 months is actually quite a good age to do it, I put it off with my second and he was one before we did it and it made things much more difficult.
