18 month old day-time naps all over the place

Title might be an exaggeration. We used to have a consistent day time routine when she was smaller but since she has progressed to 1 nap a day it's been all over the place.

She goes to bed between 7-7:30pm every night. I've tried to push this but she wants to sleep at 7pm. She wakes up at 6 am every morning and has only slept in on occasion. We are fine with this, it suits our routine. At nursery they all sleep after lunch (approx 12pm) and when she is with her grandparents once in the week she could sleep anywhere from 10am to 2pm which I have tried to fix but grandparents just do their own thing and I need the childcare.

When she's with me the four days a week, we keep a busy morning and I give her lunch before she sleeps between 11:45-12 and I always wake if she sleeps after 2pm so it doesn't hinder with her night-time sleep as it was.

I just checked with nursery and she slept at 9:30 until 11am so we have no chance of her sleeping this afternoon and she will be so emotional when I get her before bed. It's been like this for a couple of weeks and we had to put her to bed at like 645 because she was so so tired. Should I bother trying to fix this or should I just go with it until it goes back to normal?

Maybe we will never get normal with the change in routine from different people but I am trying to stay consistent with nursery and ask her grandparents to do the same. They don't and then today she completely went out of routine.

I over think everything but I just want my child to be in good form if I can help her in anyway and I'm a big advocate for rest for development and growth.

Actually, for young children, habits are easy to form. To break it will be more difficult. You can try attracting your baby's attention with other activities. I feel like I could look for some games or color animations. Once your baby loves it, it will gradually form other habits geometry dash lite

Inconsistent schedule: Children love routines and will do better when nap time is at the same time every day. Too much screen time: Like older children and adults, too much television or screen time can interfere with sleep. Hello Neighbor
