Anyone tried sleep gummies or the low dose melatonin tablets for their kids? Do they work? Are they safe?

Hi, I have recently asked this question as well, it’s been suggested that magnesium gummies are good to help the child have a more rested night sleep however most are for children 3 and above, my son is 2.5 so it’s taking a little bit of research to find suitable ones for him. Hope this helps x

Thank you, yes I think magnesium is a nice relaxant. There are some that contain melatonin too but I'm not sure if they're only available in the US. I'd actually like them for myself as well as for DD, I've tried 1mg melatonin which is the right dose for me, but here in the UK you can't get the 1mg ones (slow release tablets can't be cut up or crushed).

How old is your daughter? Magnesium has other benefits which sound very helpful. Does your daughter have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep? X

Seeing as even GPs can't prescribe melatonin, it has to be a consultant, and even they are reluctant, I think anyone who buys melatonin off the internet is an absolute fool.
