6 month old doesn’t sleep

I’ve got 3 children, by now my older two were sleeping through the night. This child does not. He’s not really a good napper either if I’m honest, he will wake up at the slightest noise even if he’s only been asleep 10 minutes that will be him awake, nap finished. At night he is so unsettled and he literally wakes up now more then he ever did as a newborn. And all the time he wakes up for milk. I am currently sitting here with match sticks on my eyes after another night of constant waking. He went down to bed at 8 and he’s been awake at 11.30, 12,45, 2, 3.30 and is still awake now. He’s not quite 6 months yet (will be on the 2nd) I haven’t started weaning properly yet as he has Cmpa so I’m just trying to find out lots of diary free alternatives. Could this be why?! I’m literally losing the will to live. He isn’t cold, hot, uncomfy etc. Surely waking for milk 3/4/5 times a night at 6 months isn’t normal? Please does anyone have advice ?

I have a six month old and a two year old and both mine have slept like this. Sorry I know that isn't helpful at all but I think you might have gotten lucky with your two older babes, I know very few people (literally one person) who had their babes sleeping through by 6 months, my two year old doesn't even sleep through yet 😭

The only thing I can thing is if your BF and have cut out dairy for him CMPA dairy is often added into other things under sneaky names, you can find a list online or all the different dairy derivatives, but you may need to cut these out of your diet.

Also dairy allergies often go in hand with soya allergies so you may want to cut out soya (which once again lots of derivatives in foods and lots of foods are part of the soya family so may need to search)

Good luck I hope they start sleeping through soon for you! ❤️❤️

Sounds like he is hungry and the milk isn't filling.
Our twins are dairy free but by 6months we're having a fair amount of smooth foods because they were never full. Actually no 3 he was similar tbh
