3 month old doesn't nap

Hi, my 3 month old no longer naps!? He used to nap quite well, he has always been a nightmare to be put down but would nap for at least an hour in the pram, swing chair or on me. In the last couple of weeks it seems he no longer wants to nap. He probably has 3 20 minutes naps a day until 4pm and then sleeps until 8am with 2 wakes for milk!! I've tried so many different ways to get him to nap- long pram walks, constant movement, following 'wake windows', playtime to stimulate during wake time but he has got himself in this routine. Has anyone else been through this or have any suggestions how to get him to have a longer nap midday to push night time sleep back a bit? Thanks

Yeah! He'll wake about 1am and 5am for feeds

He is napping, he’s having short naps. A longer nap may come when he’s a bit older.

less sleep in the afternoon and more sleep at night i rekon a nap after lunch time and then keep him going til a reasonable bedtime hour say 6.30/7 pm
bath bottle storybook then lights down or low or night light so he knows its bedtime
a bedtime routine to let him know its bedtime
morning time an activity after breakfast and then nap or vice versa , lunch time and play then another nap
im a nanny not a mum but this is what i try and do in my work and build the routine up gradually and let baby know what to expect next. To distinguish between daytime and night time
Babies are smarter than we think lol!

feeds wise id make sure he is getting enough in the day feeds wise ,and a top up or dream feed at around 10/ 11 pm are u bottle feeding?
try a sleeping bag? let him self settle himself abit also so he doesn't think ur gonna run to him with milk the minute he stirs because he will think its xmas and hes in there each time lol who can blame him food is food!
daytime try and let him self settle in a sleeping bag for babies and he will also link the baby sleeping bag to nap time, i used to place the baby i cared for in hers in her room , blinds down to darken her room, change nappy, light top on in the sleeping bag she went and in her cot, and let her settle herself gradually she got the idea also when she woke she didn't expect me to go rushing in and would chat to herself happily after her sleep
then id go in and get her up x

I've tried this several times but he just doesn't nap for long enough to keep him going. He just then needs to sleep at 4/5 ish but stays asleep until early hours. He sleeps very well at night so feel like I can't really complain 🤣 My first baby was so different and followed wake windows exactly, sleeping by herself from the get go that this is so different I don't really know what to do. Do I just keep going and eventually he'll get there and change the pattern?

He has 5 6oz bottles in 24 hours. I don't rush to him, I leave him as he always wakes happy. I've never liked the thought of dream feeding, he's a sicky baby so don't want to feed him if he's not asked for it. He has a sleeping bag every 'nap' and bedtime unless out in the pram.
