14 month early riser

Posting on here as a last resort...

My 14 month old baby has always been an early riser but the last 4 months it has been 5am or earlier...

His room is pitch black, we use white noise, he's warm enough, he's not hungry - I have tried all the usual tips given. He was on two naps first one being 9:15am ish and second one around 2pm ish (the days he is with me) but was on one nap the two days in nursery which would vary from 45mins to just over an hour normally. Regardless of naps he still seems to wake pretty early.

We are working with a sleep coach at the moment and have been for the last two weeks, she recommended dropping the morning nap and stretching him to 12 and said that within a few weeks she would hope that his nap would get longer and his mornings a bit later but we have had some 4:30s in there too. He has had some naps over an hour in that time but usually around the hour mark. I don't know if I maybe just haven't given it enough time yet on the one nap?

At the moment his day goes;

awake anywhere between 4:45 and 530
milk 7am
breakfast 8am
nap 12 anywhere between 50 mins and 1.5 hour
dinner 4:30 at nursery, 5 at home
porridge around 5:30 if he's had an early dinner
bed between 6:30 and 7 depending on his nap

Worth mentioning that he doesn't cry when he wakes up, he plays quite happy in his cot and content just lying chatting LOUDLY for an hour.

I will be honest, I am very anxious about the clock changes next week as 5am becomes 4am....hence the reason we reached out to the sleep helper!

Just looking to see if anyone has any advice that I am not currently doing or have tried, do I keep trying with the one nap or is this just something I need to just get used to...I have a pretty full on, high pressure job already go to bed at 9pm to make sure I get enough sleep but its a longggg day and I am feeling it more so for him as I don't know if I am doing the right things to try and help him.
