Nearly 7 month old wakes

She's great at self-settling at the start of the night, but then the pattern goes like this:
6:30pm bed
12:30am wake
2:30am wake
4:30am wake
She's still tired at 4:30am but won't settle in cot, so I often have to get her sleeping in the sling, walking around the house!
Any ideas on what I can change to make the evening a bit smoother? Obviously don't expect her to sleep through the night (although my eldest daughter did at this age!) but even just cutting down one wake/sleeping until 5:30am would be a huge improvement. She sleeps in her own room, breastfed with one bottle of formula before bed. We have started solids, but she's not super interested yet.

The sleep training police won’t like this but the only way to stop the waking is to leave her to self settle when she wakes in the night. At her age it will likely only take just the one night and then she shouldn’t wake again. She’s def MORE than capable of sleeping through at that age. I’ve had to do it with both of mine at various stages - either way there were tears during the night, but in the end there were far fewer tears when they stopped waking all night crying. I’ll take one night of tears over months of crying (from both of us!)

@mumofboys8787 thank you for your reply! I think you're right. She's not really crying, just grizzling and flopping about. Tends to get stuck on her back (she's a tummy sleeper) and for whatever reason needs help getting back onto her tummy! Even tho she can easily roll onto her tummy all day long lol. Will try leaving her for longer and see if that improves things.
