Wondering if anyone can help or had any suggestions at all really!

DS has never been a great sleeper, we tend to either get frequent wake ups (sometimes awake over 2h in the night) with a 7-7 sleep or he'll sleep through but only 7-4/5

I have found it hard to get into any kind of routine with him as every night is different and when he is asleep during the day I find it hard to limit his naps because I really need the down time to recover from crap nights 🥲

Anyway at the moment he is waking 4/5am every morning and it is killing me. He is cutting ALL his canines at the same time so there's that affecting his sleep and appetite.

Most of the time he does...

5am wake usually I give him 5oz milk in a desperate attempt for more sleep
6am I give in and get him up
7am breakfast (porridge, grapes, banana etc)
9.30 he has 7oz milk and put down for a nap
Sleeps usually til 11.30
12pm lunch
2.30 we go for a walk hoping for a nap in buggy, sometimes works sometimes doesn't.
3.15 I have to do the school run
3.30 if no buggy nap I put him down in his cot for 45mins
5.30 tea time
6.30 bath time or quiet play
7pm bed time

I know this routine and the timings are all over but I've kind of just lost control of it all. I find it hard to work around the early mornings and the school runs.

He sleeps in a dark room with white noise, he's always wrapped up warm as it's about 17 degrees in his room at night. He has a comforter but has never taken a dummy.

Can anyone help?

Forgot to say he does have snacks randomly throughout the day too. He is a big boy, over 99th percentile for height.
He also has 7oz bottle before his afternoon nap and again before bed.

I think you meed to bite the bullet and sort out the naps for the long term gain of that sorting out his sleep. Have a look at Gina Ford Contented Baby book, it has routines for every age that you can follow and are very helpful

We found dropping to 1 afternoon nap of 2 hours pretty helpful (especially with helping the early starts)
