11wk old falling asleep in the early hours

Hi everyone,
My 11wk old is a decent sleeper and I know I've not got much to complain about! Her usual pattern (not a routine really but just how things tend to go) is falling asleep for the night about 1 or 2am, waking after about 4 hours for a feed then maybe 4 hours again before she's ready to get up for the day.
During the day, she naps as and when, sometimes little naps of 20 mins here and there but sometimes a big sleep of 3 hours or so. Every day is different and her sleep seems to depend on what we're that day ie lots of driving/ being carried means she'll sleep a lot, a more active day where she's in and out the car she'll hardly sleep.
We're pretty much 'letting' her sleep whenever and not waking her purposely as she seems too young for any sort of routine.
My question is how will she start to fall asleep for the night earlier? Friends of mine with babies a few months older might put them down at 7, which is farrrrr earlier than where we are! Will she naturally want to drop off earlier or do we have to encourage that or is it just pot luck?
Would love to get some evening time back at some point and also have slightly more social sleeping hours.

My daughter is now 6 months, but we started out the same as you. She never seemed to go to sleep for bedtime until 11/12pm. Wide awake and just wasn't interested. She gradually seemed to bring that forward herself and by about 3-4 months and was doing 8-11pm, feed, then sleep til 5am before another feed. I always worried when friends put their babies down earlier too wondering when mine would sleep at the same age but it did happen just took her a little longer :)

I started implementing a routine from about 4 months but in hindsight i regret it a bit. You dont need to do anything harsh and youve still got plenty of sleepless nights ahead!
I simply just started doing the same bath, milk bed at 7pm every night. Obviously responded when she woke but kept at it. And then woke her each morning at 7 even if shed been awake half the night
worked for us and now shes like a 7 am alarm clock . But theyre all different so dont stress

Some are just night owls, my first was the same - she went to sleep at midnight and then gradually gradually it got earlier over time. I would just go with what she needs now, it's much easier and less stressful and upsetting for everyone than trying to force a routine that doesn't suit your baby.

I was about to wrote this exact post about my 10 week old DD, except she wakes every couple of hours (or more!) for a feed or comfort, and i have to wake her around 7 for the school run with DD1. I was thinking about trying to re jig naps to help her sleep earlier, but it seems like the consensus so far is to ride it out and naturally her bedtime will get earlier.

I started mine on a routine 8 weeks. Bath bed routine. Goes down between half 8 and 9

Routine is key if you want them to sleep well. Mine started sleeping through the night at 11 weeks. Each baby is different tho. Some love sleep some don't.

Thank you for replies and suggestions. Good to hear we're not alone and also that it might fix itself over time! Maybe will revisit the idea of a gentle routine once she's 3 months :)

How are things for you now OP? We're in the same boat and DD2 now 15 weeks. She seems to properly settle 11pm/12am and wakes anything from every 1-3 hours for feeds (bf). Nothing seems to he changing at all for us and we feel stuck in a rut....have tried strict bedtime routine, observing wake windows, putting her down earlier. I have to wake her 7.30am at the latest for the school run for her sister. She does seem tired from 7pm but won't settle and we have to walk around soothing her.
