Sleep deprivation and baby help

First time poster.
Baby help
We have a 13 month old who for the last week has woken up at night crying every half an hour. He is teething and also pulling his legs up so we think he has trapped wind too. He is having whole milk bottle at 10pm (210ml) and the same at about 5am and is a good eater too.
He has never been a very good sleeper after having a hernia when he was 3 months old and he has also been taken by ambulance twice for severe bronchiolitis. We now
co sleep, just to try and get some sleep as we are both absolutely exhausted. Husband works full time and I have now returned to work part time.
Does anyone have any advice on anything we can give him to relieve his discomfort. We have tried teething powder and gel and of course calpol and ibruprofen across the week too, but not sure what we can give/do to relieve the gas.
It is so awful to see little one like this and we are so exhausted as we’re currently running on fumes.

With regards to calpol, during the few dats if teeth actually cutting though I'd suggest giving the full daily dose - ie doses every 4h during the day. This builds up the pain relief by bedtime much better than just a dose at bedtime.

The digestive issues could well be link to teething. Not much you can do, just ride the storm

I agree, full doses of both kinds of Calpol sounds like the way to go just while he's teething. When DS wakes up like this it's almost always teething pain. It's so hard, I feel for you!
