Sleep regression in 7 year old

My daughter, 7 (8 in Feb) has started in the last week/ week and a half not being able to sleep through.

For extra info: She has just gone into year 3 and also been diagnosed with dyslexia (received the report Thursday just gone).

The teacher who gave me the results told me that year 3 the pressure is amped up for the children and may add extra stress on to them.

We are really not coping with the lack of sleep. Although her class teacher hasn't seen much change in her, I am and I can see her struggling and I'm struggling myself both at home and at work to the lack of sleep.

Any tips, tricks, ideas to help her get back to sleep once she's woken up?

So far we've stopped using her usual nighttime lights and switched to low fairy lights (6 bulbs or so, so not too bright), no screen time for 2+ hours before bed, doesn't need the loo, isn't hungry, lullaby music and praying...

She has a solid routine so knows what to expect.

We are exhausted- any ideas on how to get back to sleep?

Have you tried a bowl of porridge or some banana before bed?

A nice warm bath before bed?

You can buy these lavender sleep sprays/balms?

Weighted blanket?

My DD is also in year 3 and the work load is crazy. Hugs to your DD, OP.

Mine listens to audiobooks or friends tv show if she can't sleep and soon drifts off

It. Stops her mind racing

Thank you for your suggestions-
A weighted blanket was one of my next moves.

I'm hesitant to start with audiobooks etc. we live in a pretty small flat and are both light sleepers. I wouldn't be able to sleep with them on and if she woke in the night I'd have to put it back on if I turn it off.

We are so tired, I've put lullabies on for her and I'm sat having a cry. I don't know what more I can do
