From 12 weeks old my baby slept all through night went to sleep between 7 and 8 up 6 and 7 on the morning, now 9 month old and is waking through the night making noises really unsettled even started having a bottle through the night which she hasn't since 12 weeks old, I have recently moved but kept to routine bath bottle book then to bed I'm exhausted looking for advice to help with the waking and noises

Sounds like it could be the 8 month sleep regression. This is around the time when they're going through some huge developmental changes, so sleep is almost certainly going to be disrupted. DD is just over 9 months old and she had a horrible couple of weeks at the end of June.

Are you in an area having this heatwave? Could the nighttime heat be impacting sleep?

What kind of noises are they? Does she sound distressed or is it more like cooing/talking to herself?

I've got two windows either side of my bedroom and open so there's a small breeze and have a fan on if it gets to hot shes slept in vest this past week, there just different noises her favourite is the car one which I normally put on the best way to describe the noises is like the grudge horror film noises lol

Grin yes I'm familiar with those 'grudge' noises!

I don't have much advice I'm afraid only that it won't last forever. Sleep regressions are usually 2-6 weeks long. I can completely empathise as I have a 'good' baby who slept through from around the same age, so it was a shock to the system to be woken during the night again!

Do you have a partner to pitch in at night?
