1mo won't sleep in cot -help!

My 1mo will sleep while she is in the sling or being held, but she will not sleep in her cot/Moses basket for more than 30mins. I swaddle, feed her to sleep, then wind her, hold her for 20 mins until she is deeply asleep then transfer her. She will sleep deeply for 25 mins then start squirming, grunting etc. I rock the crib, put my hand on her, shush her etc but the squirming escalates until she's awake and crying. Sometimes the squirming goes along with farting /pooping, but not always. When she is held she squirms a little but stays asleep.

Any idea what I can do to help her stay asleep in her cot?

Please help! We are exhausted!

I have a 2 and a half week old who is similar and we have been taking it in turns up until the other half went back to work. Tonight she has finally slept for 2/3 hours in the cot twice and I'm sure it's down to the fan being on. She usually has white noise but it's only on for 30 minutes then cuts out.
We were also advised to either wear the muslin/blanket we wrap her in or put a t-shirt over the mattress so it smells like us.. haven't tried them but maybe they will help.

Our daughter now 10 weeks old was exactly the same. No grand response except to say stick with transitioning baby into the cot- it will pass in around a week. They just aren't used to sleeping on their backs after being with you for 9 months.

Though it didn't work for us we were recommended white noise machines to mimic your heartbeat when baby was in the womb. Good luck OP

Sucking is a good comfort for that age. DC1 was a thumb sucker so hated the swaddle, it was great once we figured that one out and put her in a bag where she could get at her hands. DC2 did best swaddled with a dummy. Also may just my weirdo kids but the moses basket wasn’t a hit and they both liked the big cot instead.
